  • What happens if I exceed my quota?

  • What services do you offer during the free trial?

  • What if the agent does not know the answer?
  • If we deem the question to be critical, we’ll call you right away so that we can answer as soon as possible. Otherwise, we’ll ask for the customer’s details and forward it to you.   •  During the initial setup, our designers will modify the chat window to best match your website. If you’re not satisfied with it, contact us and we’ll change it to reflect your exact specifications.

  • What countries do you support?
  • Any countries that need live chat support in English.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our secure payment gateway. We also accept Paypal & Bank Transfers. If you’d like to use another form of payment, let us know and we’ll figure it out.
