Our Start
Back in 2012, Only large companies with extensive infrastructure and high budgets could effectively provide 24×7 live chat support for their websites. On the other hand, small and medium-sized companies were struggling to provide the same level of support and customer experience.
Here is where 365ChatSupport came in. We hired & trained dedicated teams of live chat customer service agents whom we then put at our clients’ disposal. Bundling it all up meant we could offer live chat that brought terrific value for a low cost and resulted in massive savings on our clients’ side.
